Privacy Policy

We built Svair to make software, not to collect data. We don't build our business around your data.

We need some information to run the service. Beyond that, we'd rather know less than more.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect basic account information like your name and email address.

If you pay for a subscription, our payment provider processes your payment information. We do not store your card details.

We also collect technical information such as your browser, device type, IP address and error logs so we can keep the service running and secure.

And, of course, we store the content you ask us to store.

Why we collect it

To operate the product.

To keep your account secure.

To fix bugs.

To send receipts, security notices and the few account emails you'd be annoyed to miss.

Nothing on that list is marketing and nothing on it is optional for us to run the product.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data.

We don't build advertising profiles.

We don't buy information about you from data brokers.

We don't use your content to train AI models.

Who can see your data

Access is limited to the people who need it to provide support, maintain the service or keep it secure.

Access is logged and reviewed.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of providers for certain critical functions, including infrastructure and payment processing.

They process data only to provide those services. They do not own it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your work

It belongs to you.

You can export it at any time in an open format. If you cancel your account, we'll keep it for a limited period before permanently deleting it. See our Cancellation Policy for the timeline.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time.

Security

We take security seriously, but no system is perfect.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll let you know before the changes take effect.

A privacy policy is just a promise written down. It's worth what the company behind it is worth.

So read it, keep it and hold us to it.
