If you want to leave, you should be able to leave.

No phone calls. No hidden steps. No trying to convince you to stay.

How to cancel

Email support@svair.org and we'll cancel it. No form, no retention flow, no phone call.

Your access stays live until the end of your current billing period. After that, you won't be charged again.

Your work

Your work belongs to you.

Before your account is permanently deleted, you'll have time to download everything in an open format.

After the retention period ends, your account and its data are permanently deleted from our systems.

Permanent means permanent.

Exporting your data

Every Svair product should make it easy to leave. If you need our software to access your own work, we've failed.

That's why we provide data exports in formats you can actually use somewhere else.

Your data shouldn't depend on our software forever.

Refunds

Cancelling stops future billing.

If you think you're owed a refund, see our Refund Policy.

We'll always try to be fair.

If we cancel your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

Whenever possible, we'll explain why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.

If immediate action is necessary to protect our users or the service, we may act without prior notice.

One last thing

We hope you stay because the products are useful.

Not because leaving is difficult.
