Taxes are complicated. We try not to make them worse.

Prices

When we tell you a price, we'll tell you whether tax is included. You won't find out on the receipt.

Businesses

If you're paying on behalf of a business, send us your billing details and any tax registration before you pay, and we'll put them on your invoice.

Invoices and receipts

We're small enough that receipts aren't automatic yet. Write to hello@svair.organd we'll send one by hand, the same day.

If something looks wrong

Tax rules vary and mistakes happen. If you think tax was applied incorrectly, tell us and we'll fix it.

One last thing

We charge what the law requires. Not a rupee more.

Tax is the least interesting part of buying software. We'd like it to stay that way for you.
